Session 1 (90 min)

  • How do QuikStart and the Framework serve as an operating system in any leadership and team context?

  • What are the 5 steps in introducing and supporting QuikStarts with your group?

  • What feedback can you use to assess the impacts of your operating system?

  • What challenges and issues can arise, and how does this operating system address these?

Intermission

  • Between Session 1 and 2, there are 2 weeks of experimenting with your group

Session 2 (90 min)

  • What challenges and issues can arise, and how does the operating sysetm address these?

  • How do we establish reporting metrics for an operating system?

  • How can QuikStarts feed into more intensive applications of the Framework?

  • How do we optimize a culture of engagement and collaboration through QuikStarts?
