Meet JACK

38-time author and writer, I have worked globally with organizations and communities over the past 4 decades. I bring extensive experience in leadership development, community building, innovation, and entrepreneurship to our partnership. This work culminated in joining Jane to develop the groundbreaking curiosity in action model, Pathway Conversations™. The framework is based on preeminent convening and hosting practices. I’m delighted to work with Jane, whose magic is getting groups to believe they are capable of what they never imagined. It is our honor to partner with organizations and communities to engage collaboratively for larger impact.

Meet JANE

I launched my business focusing on the community engagement work I enjoy so much after dedicating over 25 years to curricular program design and teaching in higher education. I have been successful in walking organizational and community teams through ideation and planning processes. Understanding the challenges faced by multi-disciplinary teams and community groups alike, I wanted to develop a system that would work easily for each. When I met Jack, we were able to unite our experiences to build the Pathway Conversations™ framework that we have since tested and proven. Jack leverages the power of a group’s new questions to forge realistic futures. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work with and animate your team from the ground up.
