Meet JACK
I am a writer, focusing on human potentials—our unrealized capacities for creativity, connection, and meaning. He is the author of 39 books and a growing collection of professional publications.
Over the past 40 years, I have been giving leaders and groups in organizations and communities new language for new impacts. This has included work around the world with Fortune 500, non-profit, and government organizations, as well as urban, rural, and indigenous communities.
With an MA in Psychology from Goddard College, I have also taught in undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs, including John Carroll University, Kent State University, Harvard Business School, UC Berkeley, and Vanderbilt University.
I am the co-creator of the Pathway Conversations™ Framework with Jane Rogan, along with her woman-owned firm, Third Floor Design. With June Holley, I co-coined the term "network weaving" that has globally transformed community building.
I live in Historic Hudson, Ohio, and my personal interests include writing, cooking, gardening, hiking, and passion projects. For my growing collection of articles, visit SubstackJack.com. Visit my author page on Amazon for his books.
Meet JANE
I launched my business focusing on the community engagement work I enjoy so much after dedicating over 25 years to curricular program design and teaching in higher education. I have been successful in walking organizational and community teams through ideation and planning processes. Understanding the challenges faced by multi-disciplinary teams and community groups alike, I wanted to develop a system that would work easily for each. When I met Jack, we were able to unite our experiences to build the Pathway Conversations™ framework that we have since tested and proven. Jack leverages the power of a group’s new questions to forge realistic futures. We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work with and animate your team from the ground up.
