HOW WE WORK

We build every engagement from conversations with the people doing the work.

A session runs on paper and presence: color-coded cards, a shared whiteboard, everyone's words transcribed as spoken. No filtering, no attribution beyond a person's own voice. Contributions stand on their own.

We walk a group through four conversations (Learning, Assumptions, Questions, Actions) each one building on what the last one discovered. (See Framework for how this works in practice.)

No one person leads because everyone doing the work already holds knowledge that matters to the group. The structure gives them a way to use it, session by session, card by card, co-creating and co-authoring small experiments and small research they'll conduct together.
