From Uncertainty to Alignment: The Simple Power of Pathway Conversations™

$450.00

This course includes 3 x 90 minutes class sessions plus a one-on-one coaching session.

Tuesdays, August 5, 12, 19
11:00am to 12:30pm (US Eastern)

Each class features opportunities for you to master the Pathway Conversations™ framework and immediately apply it to your own contexts.

You will learn how to use the framework to engage a variety of agendas and personalities—moving people from divided to aligned perspectives and quickly from talk to action.

Materials are hosted online using whiteboard technology so you can communicate easily with your instructors and see how your knowledge is growing.

After the course has ended you can take advantage of a coaching call with Jane and Jack to launch your next project using Pathway Conversations™.

Some of the questions addressed in the course:

  • How did the Framework begin and evolve?

  • What are prime use contexts for applications?

  • What are the 4 gifts everyone brings to the table?

  • What makes it possible to welcome everyone's gifts?

  • How does the architecture of the Framework work?

  • What are the benefits of the Framework?

  • Why do 80-90% of top-down plans fail?

  • What does it mean that the Framework "works every time?"

  • How do people get to aligned action without discussion and voting?

  • What are good practices in hosting the Framework?

  • What are the 4 permissions?

  • What are the 12 What-Ifs and responses?

  • What are the elements of designing gatherings?

  • How can we spread engagement?

  • What is the place of leadership in the Framework?
