Pathway Conversations™ Use Agreement

The Pathway Conversations™ Framework is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives (CC BY-ND). Any use of this Framework constitutes agreement with the terms of this license.

Anyone can use the Framework without modifications, with or without commercial use, and with attributions to Third Floor Design and “Engaged Curiosity: A Guide to realistic planning in organizations and communities” (2025 Jack Ricchiuto, Nuance Works.)

There are no fees or certifications required to use the Framework under this license. The Framework has been intentionally designed and tested to achieve specific results when used in its entirety and without alteration. Making modifications, additions, or deletions to the Framework as outlined in “Engaged Curiosity” (2025 Jack Ricchiuto, Nuance Works) will compromise the performance and results of groups using it.
