Including the videos, readings, practice activities, and coaching, the self-paced course involves 8-10 hours. Including the sessions, readings, and practice activities, the live course involves 10-12 hours.
What platform is used for the course, and how long is it available?
You will use a personally-dedicated Miro whiteboard to navigate the entire course and you will have unlimited access to it.
Is being an experienced leader or facilitator an advantage when taking the course?
Because the learning is brand new for most leaders and facilitators, the course has no experience requirements.

It applies to any size group in any kind of organization or community working together on anything they care about. It works with entire organizations, units, and teams within organizations, boards and committees, community projects, initiatives, and collaborations.
