One of our passion projects at Third Floor Design is participating in the movement to transform health care by making it possible for Primary Care and Family Medicine physicians to start their independent practices.

For those who have already blazed these trails, the benefits to physicians, their patients, families and communities are many and obvious.

We teach physicians how to do this. Through workshops and coaching, physicians learn a simple, effective Framework for launching and running independent practices. Click here for more about the Framework.

Individually or in small self-organized cohorts, physicians participate in a 2-hour workshop where they learn the Framework and get virtual coaching to sustain the process. This is a hands-on learning of the process where participants leave with the bones of their plan. The workshop is $325 and can be remote.

We also have a discounted subscription ($29/mo) to an app developed by Jack that draws from his four decades of work in health care systems, developing physician leaders, and supporting entrepreneurs.
